Photo retouching

You have found this page because you either called or emailed to offer your retouching services.  We thank you for your interest and would like to let you know a little more about our retouching process.

After our photos have been taken, we send all the images to our overseas partners for background removal, light retouching and clipping paths.  We have been working with the same family in India since 2006 for this step.  We upload the images to them at the end of the day, and they are always ready for us when we arrive at work the following morning.  They have never been late, and they have never disappointed us.  Over the years, we have gotten to know them VERY well.  We chat with them about family, life and all kinds of things regularly.  They are more than business partners.  They are friends – as close as family – and we will never stop working with them.

We know that your team might have an incredible amount of experience, and your prices might be very low, but you have to understand something, and that is this…  

• We will never leave our current retouchers.  
• There is no need for us to have a backup retouching company.
• We will not send images for free samples of your work.

We’re sorry if this is disappointing news, but we have received no fewer than 50 emails and 10 phone calls every single week from retouching companies for years and years.  We just don’t have time to explain this on the phone, and most of the time, the caller does not listen to us anyway.  We hope that you will understand that we are very serious about not needing or wanting another retoucher, and we wish you well with your business.
