As soon as we receive your products and are ready to photograph them, we will contact you to discuss
the photo shoot, turnaround time and any special requests you might have. (Of course, you don't have to wait until we have
your products to contact us with any questions, ideas or concerns you might have.) Once we have your full instructions, we will begin photographing and editing your products. When we are finished, your photos will be posted to a secure website for you to approve. Once approved, we will request payment through our payment page. Once a payment notification has been received, we will post unprotected versions of the images for you to download at your leisure. We will store the images online for two months and archive them after that. If you're not completely thrilled with the images you receive, we'll photograph them again at no charge. If you still aren't thrilled, just agree that you will not use the images, and we won't charge you for them. |

If you sell products online or through catalogs, you already know the importance of excellent product photography. You probably also know that taking great product photos with proper lighting can be very challenging. And if you've been lucky enough to even find product photography pricing on other websites, you know that the average professional product photography studio charges more than many online store owners can afford. Despite these obstacles, the harsh truth is that there is no excuse for posting less-than-perfect photos of products you expect someone to purchase from you rather than from your competitors. |
